Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veyron Bot, including the Discord bot, dashboard, and related premium services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

  • You must comply with the Discord Terms and applicable laws.
  • If you add or configure Veyron Bot in a server, you confirm that you are authorized to do so for that server.
  • You are responsible for actions taken using your Discord account and server permissions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful behavior.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Bypass plan limits, billing controls, feature gates, or security protections.

We may suspend access, limit features, or blacklist abusive users/servers when necessary to protect platform integrity.

3. Service Operation and Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with all third-party changes (including Discord API changes).

4. Configuration Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are fully responsible for their own settings, moderation rules, role mappings, and automation decisions. Please review configurations carefully before enabling enforcement features.

5. Premium Plans and Data Lifecycle

  • We offer two paid tiers per server: Pro and AI Exclusive. AI Exclusive is a full superset of Pro — it includes every Pro feature plus the Veyron AI Agent and expanded AI moderation.
  • Paid features are available only while the relevant subscription is active.
  • When a Pro plan expires, Pro-only features stop or are restricted according to plan rules.
  • When an AI Exclusive plan expires, all AI features (the Veyron AI Agent, agent credits, and expanded AI moderation) are removed, in addition to the standard Pro-feature restrictions.
  • Plan-related data may be retained for up to 45 days after plan end for potential reactivation.
  • If the subscription is not renewed within that period, retained plan-only data may be reset.

6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrade (Pro → AI Exclusive): Upgrading replaces your existing Pro plan on that server with AI Exclusive. Since AI Exclusive includes every Pro feature, you keep all Pro capabilities and additionally unlock the AI features. You are charged the AI Exclusive price only — you are not charged the Pro price again for the same server.
  • Downgrade (AI Exclusive → Pro): If you move from AI Exclusive back to Pro, the AI-only features (Veyron AI Agent, agent credits, and expanded AI moderation) are removed, while standard Pro features remain available for the active paid period.
  • One active plan per server: Each server holds a single active paid plan at a time. Changing plans updates that same subscription rather than stacking multiple plans.
  • No pro-rated refunds on plan changes: Upgrades and downgrades do not generate pro-rated refunds or credits for unused time on the previous plan.

7. Refund and Billing Policy

  • General rule: Once a payment is successfully completed, it is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation policy: If you cancel a subscription, recurring billing is stopped for the next cycle. Your current paid duration remains active until it ends, and no pro-rated refund is issued for unused time.
  • Limited refund exception: If payment is completed but the purchased plan's benefits (Pro or AI Exclusive) are not activated within 24-48 hours, you may request a refund after verification by our support team via our support Discord server.
  • Accidental payments: Payments made by mistake, wrong server selection, wrong plan selection, or user-side error are not eligible for refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyron Bot and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, downtime impact, or server-side misconfiguration consequences.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and related assets of Veyron Bot remain the property of the Veyron Bot team. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute core service components without explicit permission.

10. Modifications

We may update features, pricing, policies, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
