Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Veyron Bot, including the Discord bot, dashboard, and related premium services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

  • You must comply with the Discord Terms and applicable laws.
  • If you add or configure Veyron Bot in a server, you confirm that you are authorized to do so for that server.
  • You are responsible for actions taken using your Discord account and server permissions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful behavior.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Bypass plan limits, billing controls, feature gates, or security protections.

We may suspend access, limit features, or blacklist abusive users/servers when necessary to protect platform integrity.

3. Service Operation and Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with all third-party changes (including Discord API changes).

4. Configuration Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are fully responsible for their own settings, moderation rules, role mappings, and automation decisions. Please review configurations carefully before enabling enforcement features.

5. Premium Plans and Data Lifecycle

  • Pro features are available only while the relevant subscription is active.
  • When Pro expires, Pro-only features stop or are restricted according to plan rules.
  • Pro-related data may be retained for up to 45 days after plan end for potential reactivation.
  • If the subscription is not renewed within that period, retained Pro-only data may be reset.

6. Refund and Billing Policy

  • General rule: Once a payment is successfully completed, it is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation policy: If you cancel a subscription, recurring billing is stopped for the next cycle. Your current paid duration remains active until it ends, and no pro-rated refund is issued for unused time.
  • Limited refund exception: If payment is completed but Pro plan benefits are not activated within 24-48 hours, you may request a refund after verification by our support team via our support Discord server.
  • Accidental payments: Payments made by mistake, wrong server selection, or user-side error are not eligible for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyron Bot and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, downtime impact, or server-side misconfiguration consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and related assets of Veyron Bot remain the property of the Veyron Bot team. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute core service components without explicit permission.

9. Modifications

We may update features, pricing, policies, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
