This Privacy Policy explains how the Veyron Bot team ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Veyron Bot Discord bot and its dashboard ("Service").

By inviting or using Veyron Bot, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Veyron Bot Discord application, dashboard, support workflows, and related premium/billing operations.

2. Information We Process

  • Discord identifiers: User IDs, server (guild) IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, and interaction IDs required to run bot features.
  • Configuration data: Server settings saved by administrators, such as moderation rules, ticket setups, verification settings, and role mappings.
  • Operational content: Ticket transcripts, moderation logs, and security-related event data when those features are enabled by the server.
  • Payment metadata: Limited subscription/payment details (for example, plan status, subscription IDs, and transaction status) needed to manage Pro features. Full card or banking credentials are handled by the payment provider.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver and maintain bot functionality.
  • To secure servers (abuse prevention, anti-raid, moderation actions).
  • To provide dashboard controls, analytics, and support troubleshooting.
  • To manage premium subscriptions and feature access.
  • To improve service reliability and resolve technical issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed through trusted platforms required to operate the Service (such as Discord and payment processors) strictly for service delivery, security, and billing.

5. Data Retention

  • Server data is generally retained while Veyron Bot remains active in the server.
  • If a Pro plan ends, Pro-only data is retained for up to 45 days to support seamless reactivation.
  • If Pro is renewed within that period, retained data remains available.
  • If Pro is not renewed after 45 days, Pro-only retained data may be reset as part of our lifecycle policy.

6. Security

We use practical technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed as 100% secure at all times.

7. Your Rights and Controls

Server owners and authorized administrators may request data review or deletion through our support Discord server. We may ask for ownership/admin verification before processing sensitive requests.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page.
