How It Works

AutoMod applies rule-based filters first (profanity, links, spam, caps, mass mentions). If a message might be trying to bypass filters, AI is used as a final check. You can configure:

• Filter Rules: Enable/disable profanity, link, spam, caps, and mention protection per channel.
• Action: Choose what happens when a message is flagged (delete, warn, timeout, kick, ban, or log only).
• Ignored Roles/Channels: Exclude specific roles or channels from AutoMod.

⭐ How It Works

Users can give positive or negative reputation to other members. Reputation scores help identify helpful community members and can be used as criteria for elections and special roles.

Commands

• /reputation @user positive - Give +1 reputation to a user.
• /reputation @user negative - Give -1 reputation to a user.
• /checkrep [@user] - Check your or another user's reputation score.
• /userhistory @user - View complete history including reputation, warnings, and mod actions (Admin only).

Reputation Scores

• 🟢 Positive Score: User has more positive than negative ratings - "Good Standing"
• ⚪ Neutral Score: Equal positive and negative ratings
• 🔴 Negative Score: User has more negative than positive ratings - "Poor Standing"

Role Restrictions

You can restrict who can give reputation via the dashboard by selecting a specific role. Only users with that role will be able to use the /reputation command.

🛍️ How the Shop Works

1. Create Products: Add products via the dashboard with name, price, quantity, and description.
2. Post to Channel: Post product embeds to a shop channel using dashboard or bot commands.
3. User Interaction: Users click "Add to Cart" or "Order Now" buttons on the embed.
4. Order Tickets: Orders create shopping tickets for payment/delivery.
5. Complete Orders: Staff marks orders as completed or cancelled.

📦 Admin Bot Commands

• /listproducts - View all products with codes, prices, and quantities.
• /editproduct [code] - Open a popup to edit product details (name, price, quantity, description).
• /postproduct [code] - Post product embed to the current channel. This saves the message for live updates.

🔴 Out of Stock Feature

Products can be marked as "Out of Stock" in two ways:

• Automatic: When quantity reaches 0
• Manual: Check the "Mark as Out of Stock" box in the edit modal

Out of stock products display a red "OUT OF STOCK" badge and disable the order buttons.

✨ Live Embed Updates

When you edit a product (price, quantity, description, out of stock status) from the dashboard or bot, the Discord embed updates automatically!

• Requirement: Product must be posted using the "Post" button or /postproduct command.
• Old embeds posted before this feature won't update - just re-post them.

🗳️ How Elections Work

1. Creation: Admin creates an election for a specific role via the dashboard.
2. Registration: Members register as candidates during the registration period from the posted election message.
3. Voting: Community members vote during the voting window.
4. Results: Winner is determined by vote count.
5. Approval: Admin reviews and approves the election winner.

Candidate Highlights

The election system can surface stronger candidates first using server activity signals:

• Tenure & Roles: Longer time in server and more established member roles increase the score.
• Leveling Activity: Higher server level can improve ranking.
• Warnings Matter: Active warnings reduce candidate score.

All eligible candidates can still participate. The scoring only helps surface the top candidates.

Dashboard Admin Panel

• Full admins can grant limited Admin Panel access from the Give Access tab using a dashboard user ID.
• Available limited-admin areas include notifications, user info, premium lookup, coupons, and pricing.
• Revoking access removes Admin Panel availability immediately.
